Building from the inside out
At Propeller, culture is not a side conversation. It is built into how we operate day to day.
That starts with creating clear entry points into the industry. Our internship programme is designed to give people meaningful experience, structured support and a pathway into full-time roles.
From there, development is continuous. We invest in training, progression frameworks and internal mobility so people can build long-term careers, not just short-term roles.
Creating an environment where people can do their best work
As the agency has grown across London and New York, we have focused on maintaining an environment that supports different working styles, backgrounds and life stages.
That includes policies around flexible working, enhanced parental leave and return-to-work support, alongside regular salary benchmarking and structured progression.
