Flexible Working
With our ‘8 days a month in the office’ policy, you choose the days that work best for you, spending the rest of your time working from home or anywhere else you prefer. Plus, enjoy 1pm finishes every Friday during the summer months and one Friday each month throughout the rest of the year, with 4pm finishes every other Friday.
Generous Annual Leave
Propeller's UK staff enjoy a three-day bonus holiday over the festive period, on top of their annual leave which starts at 25 days, and moves up by a day-per-year to 30 days. This means most of our current staff benefit from 33 days of annual leave every year.
Sabbaticals
After every four years of employment, take a fully paid 1-month sabbatical in addition to your holiday allowance. It’s a perk that many of our team members love - 14 have taken one in the last three years!
