Mia Pridie

HR / Office Assistant

Mia previously worked in the gaming industry where, as part of her role, she completed a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Mia joined Propeller in 2022 and will most likely be the person you speak to when you call the Propeller office. She is the office assistant to our Head of Operations and is our go-to organised, helpful and friendly face in the office. She is easily distracted by dogs and has two of her own, Teddy and Ellie.

Joshua Oyeusi

Account Executive

Joshua joined Propeller in February 2025, having previously worked in B2B Tech PR. He enjoys being curious, and using his conceptual creativity to his clients' advantage. His degree in Politics and IR encourages him to believe there's always more to things than meets the eye. He's a sports enthusiast who also loves good storytelling, hence the weekly drama techniques sessions.

Aleda Stam

Account Manager

Aleda Stam is a communications professional that specializes in thought leadership and media relations. She is a trained journalist with a decade’s worth of experience in retail, communications, marketing and advertising trade. Aleda was previously a senior reporter at Ad Age, covering creative and media ad agencies. Before that, she covered public relations agencies and corporate communications as a senior reporter at PRWeek. When not consuming news and media trends, Aleda’s voracious appetite for the written word is quenched with the latest romantasy or science fiction best seller.

Aleda graduated from the Robert E. Cook Honors College at Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree in Journalism and Communications.

Naz Al Sayad

Marketing Manager

Naz is an experienced marketer with a passion for content creation and storytelling. At Propeller, he has played a key role in delivering impactful marketing initiatives, with a focus on elevating the agency’s brand presence and showcasing its expertise and culture. He works closely with teams across the business to craft compelling narratives that engage clients, prospects, and partners.

Jairo Barrantes

Senior Account Director

Jairo Barrantes is a communications professional with a proven track record in media relations and thought leadership development. Based in Rochester, New York, he launched his PR career in New York City and has since cultivated strong relationships with editors and reporters at the most read business, marketing and advertising publications, as well as with event organizers at prominent advertising industry events around the world.

He has executed public relations strategies in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Latin America, connecting clients with their target audiences while taking into account the demographic and cultural nuances that are key to building a positive reputation and increasing visibility. Jairo has a master’s degree in Public Relations and Integrated Communication and believes in the power of storytelling to create meaningful impact.

Jess Milham

Account Director

Jess joined Propeller Group in 2017 and has since taken on a variety of roles, developing her expertise across events, HubSpot, and LinkedIn. She now leads Growth Marketing programmes for a diverse portfolio of adtech, media, and agency clients, delivering strategic campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive business growth.

With over a decade of experience in B2B Tech PR, Jon joined Propeller in 2023 to oversee its growing roster of technology clients. A former sports journalist, Jon now works on the other side of the fence to craft stories that get clients top tier media coverage.

I found out I was colourblind when I was 8 years old. It came completely out of the purple.

Senior Account Director

J.P. is a results-driven media and communications expert with over 15 years of experience in the private and public sectors. He has held leadership roles, including Vice President at Mark Allen & Co., overseeing the agency's media, advertising, and marketing clients, and Account Director at DiGennaro Communications, focusing on B2B strategic communications. J.P. also served as lead spokesperson and communications strategist for elected officials and government agencies at VMMI, a top political PR agency in New Jersey, and managed media relations for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl at All-American Games. A U.S. Army veteran, J.P. is committed to fostering productive team environments that deliver results tied to clients' business goals.

Mykayla Carr

Senior Account Director

Mykayla is a Public Communications graduate from the University of Technology Sydney in her native Australia. Since moving to the UK in 2018, she has earned extensive experience managing global accounts, coordinating partner agencies, and overseeing multi-market campaigns. Her ability to navigate complex global landscapes while delivering results has earned her a reputation as a trusted, go-to partner for clients—who not only appreciate her strategic approach but genuinely love working with her. Despite being fully immersed in British culture, her Antipodean roots still make an occasional appearance—often in the form of amusing pronunciations of ‘data’ and ‘yoghurt’ that keep the team entertained.

Holly Dymock

Media Relations Director

Holly is Propeller Group's Media Relations Director, leading best practice across all things media, pitching to press and content ideation. She has worked in B2B media and marketing PR since 2016, having previously worked in financial PR and corporate communications for a number of FTSE100 clients spanning media, retail and tech. At Propeller, she has worked across clients in the advertising, branding and digital transformation spaces. Holly’s superpower is media strategy - judging the cultural pulse and joining the dots between client messaging, media placement and hot topics.

I sing and play guitar (a paisley Telecaster) and am a totally obsessed 'fumehead' - I own over 80 bottles of perfume.

Alysha Alibhai

Group Head of Operations

Alysha is often the first person people meet when they visit the Propeller office. She started at Propeller as Admin Assistant and quickly became an essential part of the company. Now as Group Head of Operations, Alysha is the right-hand woman to the directors and oversees the finance, HR and general running of the office.

If I ever have a bad day, Karl Pilkington always cheers me up.

Hilary Gray

Associate Director, Group Operations

Hilary has over 15 years of PR experience, alongside her role on clients she heads up everything that touches on Propeller's people and processes - from training to tools. During her time at Propeller she has worked with leading UK and international media brands, ad agencies and tech companies. Hilary likes to get to the heart of a client’s business to understand their business challenges and how they play into wider industry trends. Aside from client work Hilary enjoys bringing a team together, empowering junior members of the team to grow and confidently deliver high quality opportunities for clients. She prides herself on her knowledge of the media and marketing landscape and enjoys sharing and passing on her hard-won industry know-how.

I'm a whizz at a pub quiz, although as a history grad I have a healthy fear of history rounds, when everyone expects me to know the date of the Battle of Trafalgar, a date that I am categorically incapable of remembering.

Justin Cortes

Senior Account Executive

Justin is a storyteller, a scholar and a cinephile, not to mention a hungry public relations professional when it comes to developing campaigns for both social media and traditional media, as well as influencer marketing. Justin first stumbled upon the field while working for a non-profit during his college years in upstate New York, soon after serving as an intern for Fast Company and Inc. and later gaining B2C and B2B PR experience across various industries, including gaming, tech and CPG.

Engaging audiences is something he is truly passionate about, and he has successfully executed plans across the US, UK, Germany and Singapore, generating organic coverage for his clients and fostering significant social followings at the same time.

Daniel Schloss

Senior Account Director

Daniel Schloss is a media nerd that also happens to be a PR pro. He has served dozens of founders, executives, creative directors, and strategists in the community of creative and branding agencies—everyone from the major holding companies to the challenger indies. Equal parts sentimental and cynical, Daniel thrives off engaging with industry discourse, connecting press with sources, and being the ultimate hype man not just for his clients but for the broader journalism world and for a robust media ecosystem. Daniel holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with specializations in Marketing, Media, and Entertainment.

Account Manager

Connor joined Propeller in early 2023 as an Account Executive. Passionate about both storytelling and research, his previous experience includes in-house and agency with an emphasis on B2B tech. He enjoys engaging the right audience with the right stories at the right time to make great things happen for clients.

Will Jeffries

Account Manager

Will began his PR career back in 2021 working with science and technology clients from across industry and academia. His Natural Sciences degree from University College London, combined with a personal interest in scriptwriting and theatre, gives a mix of creative and analytical insight that helps clients solve the most challenging comms problems.

Taneisha Moore

Account Executive

After completing a degree in English with Creative Writing, Taneisha joined Propeller in the summer of 2024. For her, the transition from reading fiction to writing facts was seamless. It was the perfect opportunity to pour the creativity she had spent years crafting into short stories into companies that are doing phenomenal work. She brings a love for storytelling, imagination and learning about different communities to her work.

Sydney joined Propeller in 2025, making the move agency-side after a career in B2B SaaS. With expertise in customer success, strategy, and technology, she thrives in fast-paced, evolving industries and excels at finding creative solutions. At Propeller, you’ll find her collaborating with clients to develop impactful marketing strategies—or taking full advantage of the office’s prime location to fuel her coffee habit.

Susie Safavi

Senior Account Manager

Susie joined Propeller following a decade working in the theatre and live events industry. After years of crafting stories for the stage, she now channels her energy into managing Propeller's creative clients in the cinema, gaming, and experiential sectors. Whether it's shaping unforgettable narratives or fine-tuning creative concepts, Susie loves collaborating with clients to make sure their stories are primed and ready to take the world by storm.

Sakariye Ali

Senior Account Executive

Sakariye joined Propeller as an Intern after completing his studies at the London School of Economics. With a keen eye for fast developing stories, he uses this instinct to deliver for clients. He has a strong passion for comedy, especially satire and sketch, and firmly believes he could have played for Chelsea FC if his ankles weren’t so bad.

I'm a super-recogniser which means I never forget a face. I hope to use this skill to my advantage. And yes, we have met before!

Ollie joined Propeller in 2021 and loves nothing more than turning ordinary topics into extraordinary pieces of writing - whether that's a byline, award entry or whitepaper. When he's not tapping away on his keyboard, expect to find him acting as the office's resident DJ.

Account Manager

Moyo swapped a legal career for the fast-paced world of PR, where his eye for detail meets his love for big ideas. Now at Propeller, he helps tech and consultancy clients tell stories that actually get noticed.

Megan Mackintosh

Account Manager

Megan joined the team in 2024, trading in a three-year career in cyber security PR for one with a little more creative flair. She brings a love of storytelling and data to her work, which helps her to dive into the intricate details of any tech industry issue - from cloud data management to TikTok's algorithm. She can often be found derailing catchups (momentarily) with the latest pop culture scandal.

Louise Watson

Associate Director, Head of Growth Marketing

Louise graduated from CCU with a Marketing and Computing degree, spending a year teaching Business Studies and IT, before moving into the world of PR. She prides herself on her organisation skills, and enjoys reading about the latest trends in the industry.

I faced my fear of flying by going on a helicopter over London with no doors to photograph the Shard and the Sky Garden (aka the Walkie Talkie)

Linn Fagermar

Senior Account Manager

Linn escaped the cold weather of Sweden to study Anthropology at UCL back in 2018, and has since worked within Business Development. She joined Propeller in June 2023 as a Business Development Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience within B2B sales. She's since made the journey to Senior Account Manager for Growth Marketing where she works closely with her clients across both HubSpot and LinkedIn, to manage all organic and paid activity, as well as organising in-person and virtual events. Outside of work, Linn is an avid reader and movie fanatic, venturing to the cinema at least once a week. She also enjoys games, and has spent a lot of time finding Korok Seeds in Breath of the Wild.

Lewis Butcher

CRM & Campaign Manager

Lewis is our go-to for anything to do with CRM and data. He manages our in-house tool stack, making sure this is optimised for Propeller Group and all our clients. Lewis also works with the research team to make sure our targeting and data is focused, accurate and up to date.

Katie Fegan

Account Manager

Katie is a seasoned B2B Technology Account Manager at Propeller, bringing expertise in cybersecurity, SaaS, gaming, media, and entertainment. She’s passionate about tech, storytelling, and music. Outside of work, you can often find Katie at the gym, lifting heavy things.

Kate Chaundy

Associate Director, Creative & Digital Practice

Kate heads the Creative and Digital practice at Propeller, where she collaborates with clients to shape strategy and drive innovative creative thinking. With over 15 years of experience leading accounts, she works closely with her teams, providing training on best practices, cultivating key journalist relationships, and exploring compelling ways to bring client stories to life across various media channels. Kate began her career at a music PR agency, working with major record labels before transitioning into freelance consultancy. Her diverse experience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, lifestyle, charity, and entertainment.

I was born in Holland where my dad was a presenter on Radio Netherlands on which my birth was announced on-air.

Joss Wright-Medhurst

Associate Director, Group Client Services

During her career Joss has worked across a range of businesses including international tech and FMCG brands, print and online publishers, charities and adtech companies. Joss now applies her experience and knowledge to driving high quality client service across Propeller Group, developing skills and expertise within the team and setting programme direction for a number of client accounts.

Josh Naylor-Higgs

Account Executive

Josh joined Propeller as an intern, after finishing his degree at KCL. He has a keen interest in writing, and loves helping clients tell their stories in the press. Beyond Propeller, Josh supports Gloucester Rugby, plays tennis, and is pursuing a master's.  

James Leyshon

Content Manager

James joined Propeller in 2024 after several years as a copywriter across agency and in-house roles. From research-led reports to rapid-response bylines, he loves translating complex ideas into engaging, persuasive content that gets clients noticed, resonates with audiences, and makes his Mum proud.

Jakah Fofana

PR Intern

Jakah joined Propeller in January 2025, after completing her Bachelors degree in Criminology and Psychology. After graduating and a few months of seaching, she found Propeller and thought it was the perfect place to start her career. Jakah brings a passion for creating compelling narritives and brilliant research skills. Outside of work she has a keen interest in TV, film and music, always staying up to date with the latest cultural trends.

Gill Browne

Associate Director, Strategy

As Associate Director, Strategy at Propeller, Gill helps clients across the advertising, marketing, and media industries craft compelling narratives that cut through with external audiences. With deep experience across tech, media agencies, media owners, and creative businesses, she works closely with C-suite stakeholders to develop and execute effective PR strategies.

A sharp storyteller, Gill excels at distilling complex ideas into media-friendly narratives. She also supports industry change through pro bono work with the Conscious Advertising Network. Outside of work, she’s a sci-fi and fantasy enthusiast, a keen runner, and is often joined in the office by her mini dachshund, Wolfie.

Georgina Ellison

Account Manager

Georgie studied Creative Writing at university, which sparked a natural flair for creativity and storytelling. Coming from a B2C agency background, she’s worked with a diverse range of brands across immersive theatre, sports, and other dynamic industries.

Passionate about connecting brands with audiences, Georgie thrives on crafting authentic strategies through digital media, events, and creative content. Now bringing her strategic insight and imaginative approach to Propeller's B2B work, she’s always looking for fresh ways to push creative boundaries — with a little help from her TikTok obsession.

Ericka Santiago

Account Manager

Ericka joined Propeller in 2025, bringing a creative background in fashion design and public relations to the team. After transitioning into PR in 2021, she refined her skills while working with some of the top creative agencies in the industry, where she developed a passion for storytelling and innovative communications. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring various outlets — from sewing and pottery to painting and motion graphics — always looking for new ways to inspire her work.

Emma Cheshire

Account Director

Emma may well be Propeller’s resident media owner aficionado, having driven B2B PR over the years for clients from almost every advertising channel, including publisher, OOH, cinema, streaming and even direct mail. She’s a dab hand at turning clients’ messaging into engaging angles that the media wants to talk about and even as a seasoned Account Director she still gets a thrill from seeing her teams’ hard work (and clients) grace the news in traditional print or appear on the telly.

My guilty pleasure is probably a celebrity biography. I also love a biopic. If it’s set in the 50s, 60s or 70s even better! I love getting immersed in the pop culture of a different era.

Ed Foster

Account Manager

With a background in screenplay development and film journalism, Ed crossed over into the world of PR in 2022. This love of creativity, combined with a drive to find truth in storytelling fuels his work across a variety of clients in the marketing and advertising space.

When I'm not working you can usually find me at the cinema (predictably) or nattering about my favourite show Doctor Who, to anyone who wants to listen.

Camila Gonzalez

Account Executive

Camila joined Propeller in January 2024, bringing a passion for the creative industry and a talent for helping clients tell stories that resonate with their audiences. Outside of work, Camila enjoys keeping fit and pushing her limits in HIIT classes—though she’s still questioning the existence of burpees

Branwell Johnson

Associate Director, Group Content

Branwell is Group Director of Content at Propeller. He is a former journalist with a wide range of trade and consumer experience. He held the role of deputy editor at Marketing Week and spent more than a decade immersed in and writing about the world of marketing, ecommerce and related technologies, explaining complex business and tech trends in easily digestible language and formats. He offers high calibre, editorially-led content solutions.

I once beatboxed on stage with Keith Lemon.

Ben Titchmarsh

Associate Director, Group Business Development

Ben is Propeller’s Group Business Development Director. A familiar face at industry events, ranging from Cannes Lions and DMEXCO to Mobile World Congress and Advertising Week in London and New York, Ben works across Propeller’s client roster. His love of networking and brainstorming means he is often the first point of contact for prospective clients and his infectious enthusiasm and creativity shine through in pitches. Ben’s background in journalism has equipped him with a strong ‘nose for news’ that he brings to bear in our daily media meeting strategy sessions. He loves formulating killer headlines and tactical hooks to achieve cut-through coverage in high-profile print, online and broadcast media.

My best piece of advice? A famous Vaudeville quote: “Be nice to people on the way up, because you’ll see them on the way down”.

Bea Reilly

Account Manager

Bea joined Propeller in 2022. During this time she has worked for a broad range of clients within the tech, creative and media/advertising industries. With a keen eye for detail, she strives to secure impactful media coverage and is often relied upon for her organisational mind.

Bea Hayes

Account Manager

Bea’s worked at Propeller since graduating from the University of Liverpool, where she studied politics with history.  At Liverpool she played for the university’s hockey team and has continued her love for team sport since moving to London through joining a local netball team. She brings this passion for team work to the office where she enjoys most the collaborative process that goes into producing great work for our clients.

I’ve recently completed my first marathon in Manchester. I absolutely loved the whole day but think I’ll need a year or so to recover before attempting the next!

Anthony Leeds

Head of Global Accounts

Anthony is Head of Global Accounts, leading Propeller's global client base to ensure efficiencies and collaboration across different markets. He is also Communications Co-Director and a Board Director at Outvertising, the advertising industry's LGBTQIA+ advocacy organisation. Before Propeller, Anthony worked in various PR roles, having worked in FMCG and medical consultancy communications for large brands and startups.

Annie Leisma

Senior Account Director

With a background in journalism, Annie has spent over a decade in B2B PR, helping innovative tech companies turn complex ideas into compelling stories. She specialises in brand building, media strategy, and industry recognition, ensuring her clients stand out in competitive markets. Combining a passion for storytelling and media strategy, Annie bridges the gap between complex technology and impactful communication.

If Annie weren’t in PR, she’d be happily bankrupt in the antiques trade - making potential buyers prove they’re worthy before parting with any of her rusty treasures. Sounds like a foolproof business model… or maybe it’s best she stuck with PR.

Alex Humphries-French

MADtech Practice Director

Alex Humphries-French is MADTech Practice Director at Propeller Group. He helps adtech, martech, retail and digital media brands navigate the evolving marketing landscape, where performance and brand marketing converge to drive revenue and ROI.

With two decades in PR, communications, and marketing, Alex has led strategy for major digital platforms, consumer tech giants, and high-growth adtech firms. Before Propeller, he headed marketing and comms at audience engagement specialists Dizplai (formerly Never.no), shaped media strategies for broadcast and tech brands at Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, and drove B2B/B2C marcomms at Rotolight. He has also specialised in personal branding, publicity and marketing for actors at leading casting and talent agencies at Elstree Studios and Pinewood Studios.

If PR and Marketing wasn't my career then I'd be a carpenter or chef.

Mary Cirincione

Managing Director, U.S.

Mary Cirincione is an experienced communications and public relations consultant based in New York with a master’s in journalism from Northwestern University Medill School and a strong understanding of the ever-evolving media landscape. As she likes to say, the “written word is her world,” and when she’s not strategizing, pitching or ghostwriting on behalf of her creative, ad and tech clients, she occasionally pens pieces around lifestyle and small business. She joined Propeller as its head of U.S. in late 2021, previously leading the North American PR program for Getty Images. She launched her comms career after receiving her bachelor’s from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service in 2008, serving various federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. area through positions at BAE Systems and Booz Allen among others.

Jody Osman

Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer at Propeller Group, Jody leads the company’s expansion in the UK and internationally, overseeing its marketing and business development strategy while advising clients on their own growth initiatives.

With over 20 years of experience in business growth, Jody has helped clients secure major wins with brands such as Adidas, BT, Coca-Cola, and Jaguar Land Rover.

Jody founded Upfront Business Development in 2005, which joined Propeller Group in 2018. Following a Management Buyout in 2023, Jody became a co-owner and board director, playing a key role in shaping the company’s future.

I used to be an international DJ—turns out, mixing beats and closing deals have more in common than you’d think!

Rose Bentley

Chief Client Officer

Rose’s career has spanned marcomms, PR, management, business development and coaching across Europe, the US, The Middle East and India. As Global Head of Business Development and Reputation at Wolff Olins, she hired Propeller back in 2017 and liked us so much she joined our board the following year. Rose helps clients get on-point with their comms strategy and messaging, with a deep understanding of what B2B brands need to deliver. Rose is a member of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership).

I was a Masterchef Finalist in the Lloyd Grossman days, occasionally perform with the Richmond Shakespeare Society and have my own food blog.

Kieran Kent

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Propeller Group, Kieran has overall responsibility for leading and managing the business globally. He has over 25 years of experience running international PR, Content and Growth Marketing programmes for the likes of Google, Samsung, Nielsen, NEC and Disney. During his time at Propeller the company has seen 300% growth in revenues and profits, expanded into the US market and won industry accolades for being a ‘Best Place to Work’ agency. Prior to Propeller, Kieran was a Board Director at Tech PR agency ITPR which was a winner of PR Week’s Most Rated Agency by Journalists.

I love running (three marathons and eight half-marathons completed so far), guitars, indie music and Liverpool FC.

    With our ‘8 days a month in the office’ policy, you choose the days that work best for you, spending the rest of your time working from home or anywhere else you prefer.
