What is the role?
As a Senior Account Executive, you will work across multiple client accounts, supporting the delivery of client programs and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Account Directors to meet client objectives, deliver high-quality work, and contribute to the agency's success. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of day-to-day tasks across multiple accounts.
- Ensure the timely delivery of client programs, meeting all agreed-upon objectives and deadlines.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, acting as a key point of contact for daily updates and inquiries.
- Write and edit press releases, opinion pieces, and other content, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Coordinate PR activities such as media relations, event promotion, and content distribution.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage databases related to client activities.
- Support the organization of client events and liaise with third-party suppliers as needed.
- Monitor media coverage and generate reports to keep clients informed of progress and outcomes.
- Take initiative in identifying new opportunities and creative ideas to meet client goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive problem-solving..
- Regularly update the agency’s reporting system and create client-facing reports.
