Propeller is looking for an experienced Paid Media & Social Account Manager to support a portfolio of agency, adtech and marketing clients. This role is This role suits an analytically minded Account Manager with experience running paid campaigns and delivering meaningful insight for clients.

You will  be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid social campaigns across a range of clients, with a strong focus on LinkedIn performance. The role combines hands-on channel management, data-led analysis and consultative support to help clients achieve measurable growth outcomes through paid and organic social.

Responsibilities

Paid Social Campaigns

  • Building and managing paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.

  • Creating and testing audiences, messaging and formats.

  • Conducting A/B testing of ads, landing pages and workflows.

  • Monitoring campaigns daily/weekly and adjusting budgets, creative or targeting to optimise results.

  • Running detailed reporting on key performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, CPM and conversion rates.

  • Recommending improvements to media strategy and investment plans.

Organic Social Support
  • Advising clients on LinkedIn content best practice.

  • Collaborating with the Content and Events teams on campaigns requiring paid amplification.

  • Supporting other social platforms where relevant to client strategy.

Client & Programme Delivery
  • Leading client calls on campaign performance and insights.

  • Working with Account Directors to align paid media activities with broader campaign plans.

  • Coordinating with HubSpot specialists to ensure proper tracking, landing page optimisation and contact management.

Duties
  • Managing campaign set-up documents, budgets and internal approvals.

  • Maintaining accurate reporting dashboards and trackers.

  • Staying up-to-date with platform changes and sharing updates with the team.

  • Identifying upsell opportunities across paid media, events, PR or content.

  • Undertaking additional duties as required by your line manager.


What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in B2B.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in interpreting data.

  • Ability to make strategic recommendations based on performance insights.

  • Competence with LinkedIn Campaign Manager; other platforms beneficial but not required.

  • Good understanding of landing page optimisation and conversion tracking.
  • Results-oriented with a performance mindset.

  • Strong communicator who can explain data clearly.

  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills.

  • Team player who collaborates effectively across functions.
