Account Manager - Growth Marketing

Propeller is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Account Manager to support a portfolio of agency, adtech and marketing clients. This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns, with a strong focus on HubSpot, ABM outreach, content promotion, event marketing, and LinkedIn paid media.
You will help plan, execute and optimise campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and qualified opportunities - working closely with clients and internal specialists to deliver measurable, commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Campaign Management
- Build and manage email campaigns, sequences and workflows.
- Maintain and segment databases for targeted outreach and ABM programmes.
- Create landing pages for content promotion, lead generation and event registration.
- Monitor and report on results, recommending improvements based on performance insights.
ABM & Outreach
- Develop and deliver outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
- Use blogs, reports, articles and client insights to support nurturing and demand creation.
- Follow up with warm leads to secure meetings, event attendance and continued engagement.
LinkedIn Paid Media
- Plan, build and manage LinkedIn paid campaigns, including audience targeting, creative briefing and performance tracking.
- Optimise campaigns regularly to ensure strong engagement, efficient spend and alignment with wider campaign goals.
- Report on paid performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
Content and Channel Activation
- Write clear and effective copy for outreach emails, social posts, ads and landing pages.
- Coordinate the promotion of content across LinkedIn, email and other owned channels.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure assets support campaign objectives.
Event Promotion
- Plan, deliver and optimise promotional campaigns for client events - from roundtables and panel discussions to larger industry conferences.
- Drive registrations through targeted email, social promotion, paid media and outreach.
- Manage post-event follow-up to nurture attendees and progress leads.
Client Management
- Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and reliable delivery.
- Contribute to quarterly campaign plans and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare reports, insights and review materials with support from senior leads.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance programmes or broaden services.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns - agency or adtech experience beneficial.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (email marketing, workflows, lists, landing pages, reporting).
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn paid media campaigns.
- Solid understanding of ABM principles and outbound prospecting tactics.
- Strong writing skills for email, social and campaign copy.
- Highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple clients
- Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach.
