What is the role?
As an Account Director, you will have full ownership of your client portfolio, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will lead a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, driving client success through strategic direction, while also contributing to the growth of the company by identifying and expanding new business opportunities. Your leadership will ensure clients are satisfied and retain their trust, while you coach and mentor your team to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of accounts, delivering strategic direction and day-to-day programme management.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships as their senior point of contact.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention by ensuring KPIs are consistently exceeded.
- Grow client portfolios by identifying new opportunities and expanding revenue streams.
- Develop and manage a team, ensuring their growth and success.
- Lead new business pitches and contribute to the overall business development strategy.
- Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape to offer valuable insights.
- Advise clients on media mix and campaign strategies to meet their goals.
- Organize and participate in strategic planning meetings, proactively offering recommendations to enhance client success.
- Lead client meetings and maintain ongoing communication to ensure high satisfaction.
