Crowded Theatre for ‘Creepy’ Propeller Panel at Ecommerce Expo
Delegates packed into Propeller’s session to hear retail experts share their views on ‘personalisation’ at Ecommerce Expo.
The session, called Walking The Line: What is Creepy And What Is Customisation in Retail?, took place on the Customer & Personalisation stage at the show at London Olympia.
Our own Director of Content Branwell Johnson chaired the panel, which featured River Island Business Architect and Group Lead at TLA London Eugene Fisher, CEO and Co-Founder of Ometria Ivan Mazour, Global Chief Design Officer at Wolff Olins Chris Moody and Ecommerce Manager at DeMellier Frederica Watson.
The panel discussed the definition of personalisation, dove into the question of whether businesses consider the brand impact of retargeting campaigns and debated if “personalisation at scale” is achievable.
Ecommerce Expo was co-located with TFM and Ad:Tech London to create a single event at Olympia this year and Propeller was engaged to promote the conferences.
