Willum Ltd spotted a niche opportunity in the student housing market, they required a highly Search engine optimised website that would allow Estate agents and private landlords to list their vacant properties and track leads obtained through the website.

ACTION:

Grasswhispers designed and built a self service e-commerce site that allowed agents and landlords to manage their properties, pay for properties or run on a credit system, engage with other landlords and potential tenants through forums.

RESULT:

Propeller developed www.UnidaHouse.co.uk which hosts hundreds of UK properties and ranks highly on Google. The site also integrates fully with Google Maps.
