BRIEF:

The Outside Organisation have some very famous clients (Amy Winehouse, Paul McCartney, David Bowie) but they were not as famous themselves. Propeller’s job was to boost their profile within the media and marketing industry - and they wanted national coverage.

ACTION:

Outside's offering is connecting bands and brands.  Propeller identified high-profile episodes where brand-celebrity tie-ups had gone wrong. We used this to pitch an article to The Independent on 'when celebrity deals go bad'.

RESULT:

The editor of the section loved our idea.  We managed the whole process through from initial idea to result on the printed page.
